Inbox Agent ("we", "us", "our") helps TikTok Shop creators automate brand deal negotiation through AI-powered email. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Inbox Agent uses artificial intelligence to read email in the inbox you connect and to draft and send replies on your behalf. The AI processes incoming brand emails, generates replies based on the rates and preferences you provide, and sends those replies from your connected email address. By using the service, you authorize us to process your inbound and outbound email content for this purpose.

• Account details: your name, email address, and TikTok handle
• Your connected email inbox: emails we access in order to identify and respond to brand deal inquiries, and the replies sent on your behalf
• Rates, packages, and negotiation preferences you provide
• Deal and usage data generated by the service (e.g., negotiation history, deal amounts, notifications)
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor Stripe — we do not store your full card number
• Basic device/technical data (e.g., push notification tokens, log data) needed to operate the service

We use this information to: operate your account; identify and negotiate brand deals on your behalf; send you service notifications (push and email), such as deal approvals, trial and billing reminders, and product updates; provide support; ensure quality (including human review as described above); prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the service. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in those emails; service and billing emails are sent as needed to operate your account.

When you connect an email account (such as Gmail), we access it through secure third-party infrastructure solely to provide the service: reading incoming mail to find brand deal inquiries and sending negotiation replies on your behalf. We do not use your email content for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can disconnect your email account at any time, which stops further access.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Inbox Agent — for example: payment processing (Stripe), email infrastructure (including our email-connection provider), AI model providers that process email text to generate replies, cloud database and hosting providers, push notification delivery, and transactional email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We retain your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and stored email threads from the live service; some records (e.g., billing records) may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

Inbox Agent is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you by email or in-app notice.
